Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full within 7 days of the service date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or any other payment method offered at the time of booking.


2. Late Payments

A £40 late payment administration fee may be applied to invoices not paid by the due date. Outstanding balances remaining unpaid after 40 days from the invoice date may incur interest at 5% per month until paid in full.


3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a £40 cancellation fee. If we arrive and cannot access the property, appliance, or required work area, this may also be treated as a cancelled appointment.


4. Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve any concerns where appropriate.


5. Appliance Condition & Liability

Oven Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear, damage, weakened components, cosmetic deterioration, or issues that become apparent during or after cleaning. Grease and carbon build-up can sometimes conceal existing faults or damage.


6. Repairs & Parts

Repair labour charges do not include replacement parts unless specifically stated. Any additional parts or work identified during diagnosis will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and appliance. Appliances must be in a safe condition and disconnected where necessary before work begins.


8. Agreement To Terms

By booking Oven Detailing services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Terms may be updated periodically and the latest version will apply to future bookings.
